PRE-LOVED, NEW AND VINTAGE SALES TERMS

Please note that unless otherwise noted, pieces purchased from KCA Design (Alpaca Action LLC) are pre-owned and have varying degrees of wear consistent with age.  Additionally, some items are sold at deep discounts with known flaws or excessive wear that are disclosed before they are purchased. KCA Design makes every effort to disclose any areas of excessive wear or issues outside of normal wear and will provide photos of pieces to clients upon request when available. 

Color discrepancy: Please note that in some cases the actual color of a piece may vary from the digital photo. While we make every effort to represent each piece as accurately as we can, it is possible for pieces to look slightly different in person versus on screen. KCA Design is not responsible for any differences in color online versus in person, and will disclose any color names when available as well as many photos as possible for client’s to review prior to purchase. KCA Design will not return or exchange an item based on color differences online versus in person. Please ask all questions and ask for additional photos prior to purchasing.

Straps and repairs to pieces: When dealing with vintage and pre-loved pieces, it is possible that repairs and/or alterations have been made to a piece at some point in the past. It is not always possible for us to know alterations have been made, and when we do, we try to disclose this in advance of the item being purchased. Authentication is done on the actual bag/accessory itself and not on the chain and strap, so by purchasing a pre-loved piece, you are accepting that alterations may have been done in the past. KCA Design will not return items due to after market repairs to a piece sold by us, buyer is accepting this could be a possibility by purchasing with us.

Size: Designer sizes vary from brand to brand. Please know your size before ordering from us. We are not able to accommodate try-ons, nor can we exchange sizes after something has been purchased.

KCA Design does not offer refurbishing and/or repair services on any items sold. As many of these pieces are several years old, we can not guarantee their parts, nor be responsible for repairs should issues arise.  We are not able to have bags and accessories repaired for clients and can not take returns for items that have had issues after receipt. 

While KCA Design does not endorse specific restoration companies, there are numerous trusted restoration companies online and locally (in many cases) that repair and/or rejuvenate vintage and pre-loved pieces.
